Most people will have heard of Yang House Feng Shui, but only a few know that it originated from Yin House Feng Shui. Yin House Feng Shui was applied by the emperor back in the Chinese dynasty era. The emperor discovered a great land with excellent feng shui and used Yin House Feng Shui to promote prosperity and longevity for his empire. Both Yang House and Yin House Feng Shui aim to harness positive energy, or “Qi,” from the surrounding environment. Once the DNA (bones) of the ancestors receive the good “Qi”, it will benefit the next generations to come.

For Sheng Ji, we will use your personal items, including clothing, shoes, socks, and DNA (like hair and fingernails). The Living Tomb (生基) directly enhances your wealth, health, vitality, and longevity through positive energy.

Literally, translating 種生基 to English means Plant (種) Living (生) Foundation (基). Which means planting a living foundation for your destiny.

Burial Plot for Sheng Ji

How about for the living? How can I benefit now from this amazing Yin House Feng Shui? It is called the Sheng Ji (生基) or Living Tomb. There are two ways to go about it. One option is to pre-plan a burial site with good Feng Shui. Then build the feng shui tomb and engage a sifu to do the date selection and tombstone alignment based on your birth date and time. In the future, when you pass away, you can use the same burial plot. But it requires more money in both the land and the feng shui tomb. For customers using interest-free installments, you must wait until the installment is complete before starting the 生基.

NV Seed for Sheng Ji

The alternative is to participate in Sheng Ji at NV Seed. It is a more straightforward process, as it is a dedicated piece of land (much smaller in size, sufficient just for its intended purpose). At the time of writing, each plot is RM20,000, and it comes with a Dragon Turtle stone (龙龟) (we do not need to build the feng shui tomb). You can consult your own sifu for Sheng Ji calculations, date selection, and Dragon Turtle alignment to enhance your “Qi.” Alternatively, you can also participate in a group ceremony of Sheng Ji, which is conducted annually. The sifu will conduct rituals for a group of Sheng Ji customers on a favorable date at no additional charge. Usually Sheng Ji is done in secrecy to protect the privacy of customers.
